At EAS we continue to improve our infrastructure in order to offer a better experience and learning to our students. On 28 October 2022 we inaugurated our new hangar at Sabadell Airport, where our students carry out their internships.
The new hangar is located in a privileged position next to the airport control tower, allowing more accessibility and a unique space within the airport. The new space has 1500 m² of hangar space and 300 m² of office space spread over two floors. EAS currently has a fleet of 14 aircraft.
The ground floor has a control room, fully equipped to carry out the aerial controls of our aircraft and to put into practice the knowledge acquired in the theoretical classes. Upstairs we have our offices and a flight simulator FNTP II, which faithfully simulates the Tecnam P2006, the aircraft used by the school at Sabadell airport.
Sabadell airport offers unique advantages for air training. One of the most important factors is its privileged position. Being close to the sea and the Pyrenees gives us the possibility to work in different weather and geographical conditions.
The inauguration was held on the 28th of October at 13:00h and was attended by the EAS team, the students of our school, and many other people with whom we were delighted to share this moment.
At EAS we are constantly improving to offer the best experience to our students. Apart from our facilities at Sabadell Airport, we also have our school located in C/ del Rector Triadó, 94, right next to Sants station.
