One of the aims of this course is achieving a crew coordination (MCC) to safely operate multi-engine aircrafts with multiple crew under IFR.
Another MCC training aim is teaching in taking good decisions, correct communications, division of tasks, appropriate use of check lists, a good cross check, teamwork and support all along the flight phases in usual, unusual and emergency conditions. This training stresses the development of skills applicable to work in a multiple crew environment. MCC training aims consist of the development of technical and non-technical components, skills and attitudes required to operate a multipilot aircraft.
Entry requirements
- Have a valid EASA CPL(A) license with IR(A)-MEP rating, CR(MEP) rating and ATPL(A) theoretical requirements
- Have an EASA medical (Class 1)
- At least level 4 ICAO in English
Flight training
- 18 theoretical hours of MCC course (3 days)
- 20 flight training hours FNPTII MCC for MCC course
