The aim of the IR(A) MEP modular flying training course is to train pilots to the level of proficiency necessary to operate multiengine aeroplanes under IFR and in IMC.
Pre-entry requirements
- Have a valid Part FCL PPL(A) or CPL(A) license
- Have a EASA Medical (According the requirements of your license)
- Privileges to fly at night (FCL.810)
- ME-VFR Rating, or at least the training has to be done
- 50 hrs cross-country as PIC
- Level 4 of the ICAO language grading
- ATPL(A) or IR(A) theoretical requirements
Flight training
- 40 hours on the simulator FNPTII
- 15 hours in multiengine P2006T
At the end there will be an IR(A)-ME-Skill test. IR(A)-MEP test can be mixed with CR(MEP) flight test.
